TERMS OF SERVICE — PALIZ LLC

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Paliz LLC offers CRM system configuration services, including: subaccount setup, automations, calendars, forms, pipelines, and onboarding materials. We sell the configuration and the result, not the software subscription.

2. PROCESS & DELIVERY

• Service begins after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on the contracted plan.
• The client must provide the necessary information (logo, colors, business details) within 3 business days following payment.
• Delays caused by lack of client information are not the responsibility of Paliz LLC.

3. PAYMENTS & PRICING

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Payment is made in advance before configuration begins.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until the client cancels.
• Paliz LLC reserves the right to update prices with 30 days' prior notice.

4. REFUND POLICY

• A full refund is offered if the client cancels within 48 hours of payment, provided the work has not started.
• No refunds are offered once configuration has begun.
• If Paliz LLC cannot complete the promised service, a proportional refund or credit will be offered.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Maintaining their own active software subscription.
• Not using the configured system for illegal activities, spam, fraud, or mass mailings that violate mobile carrier guidelines.
• Not reselling or transferring the configuration to third parties without written authorization.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The systems, templates, automation flows, and materials created by Paliz LLC are for the exclusive use of the contracting client. Paliz LLC retains the right to use generic versions of its templates for other clients.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Paliz LLC is not responsible for:

• Interruptions or changes on the underlying platform.
• Business results, sales, or leads generated (or not generated) with the system.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Paliz LLC's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.

8. CANCELLATION

• The client can cancel their monthly plan at any time with 7 days' notice.
• Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle; no refund for the current period.
• Paliz LLC may cancel the service if the client violates these terms, with no refund obligation.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming.

10. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive our messages, you agree to receive alerts, appointment reminders, and automated marketing text messages from Paliz LLC.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our forms and services.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. After sending STOP, you'll receive one final message confirming your unsubscription and will receive no further texts.
